Ischia Film Festival is an international competition devoted to film location.
The festival is born with the aim of conferring an artistic award to the works, the directors, the cinematographers and the set designers, who have increased the value of Italian or foreign locations and represented their human, historical and social reality and thus promoting the culture, the traditions and the beauties, inspiring the audience to visit them and experience directly the emotions received.
In the Ischia Film Festival competition, feature films, documentaries and short films which have given particular importance to culture, traditions, to the environment and history of the locations, or in which the location is functional to the theme in question and its narrative development, can take part.
The works can be both unpublished and published, but necessarily presented to the audience after 1st January 2017.
The short films in competition must have a length of maximum 30 minutes.
